 Replacement square plastic pots are approx. 9 quart capacity and measure 8.5"square and 8" tall. Green in color. The bottom is specially designed to allow the water flow and to work efficiently with the root control disc and the matrix.

 

 

 

 

 The 2Pot Extension Kit is easy to connect to your existing system with a simple 1/4" tee (included). To really increase the size of your system, simply use a larger water container, barrel, storage tank and use .580 poly tubing to supply the water and feed to your system. The perfect solution for medium to large greenhouses. Contains: 2 Pot tray, lid or pot tray (covers the aquavalve), 2-9quart pots, aquavalve, 2-root control disc, 2 matrix disc, 6' 1/4" tubing, 1/4" tee, full instructions.

 

 The Aquabox is simply placed in the ground and connected to a water tank. The capillary wick pulls the water from the aquabox and distributes it into the soil. In trials over the last 18 months we have successfully been irrigation 3 square foot beds with just one Aquabox. Aqua Valve Aqua Valve Cover Root Control Disc Black/Gold Matrix Disc
Once connected to your water tank the aquavalve will control the flow of water to the plants by simple gravity pressure from your tank. No pumps, water pressure, electricity or timers needed. Once connected to the tank the aquavalve will open and allow water to fill the tray, to a preset level of 3/4". When the level is reached the water will shutoff. Operates like the float valve in your toilet tank. The Aqua Valve Cover allows the grower to create there own basic but very effective hobby watering system. All that is need is a flat tray of any shape or size. The user simply places the aquavalve in the tray and places the cover on top of the aquavalve. A small weight of any kind needs to be placed on the cover to weigh it down, a small stone will suffice. Ensure the small hole in the top of the aquavalve cover is not blocked. The Root Control Disc or RCD is placed under the pot in the tray cavity, gold face up. It will prevent roots from leaving the pot and discourage them from heading towards the AquaValve.

 

 

 

 The Matrix disc is used to prevent soil/compost from leaving the pots.

Tank Filter Tank Connector Air Dome  
Tank Filter is 2 pieces, the foam filter media and the filter unit. Simple place the filter media in the filter and snap close. The filter goes inside the 1/4" poly tubing that is pushed through the Tank Connector.

 

 The Tank Connector (grommet) measures 3/8" on the bottom and 3/4" on the top. When installing into a tank, bucket, plastic tote just simply drill a 3/8" hole, press in the grommet. By inserting the 1/4" poly hose that will inflate the grommet to seal the tubing in the container. That's all there is to it. The AirDome has been designed to increase the amount of air around the root zone in the pot. If you are lucky enough to have power  in your greenhouse this little addition can increase yields up to 130%. It is very simple to use once assembled, which will take less than 30 seconds. The AirDome is placed at the bottom of the, covered with compost and then connected to an air pump (non stock item).
