All orders are shipped UPS, larger orders are shipped via truck. |
I received an incorrect item with my order, what do I do?Please email customer service at sales@soakerhosedepot.com and let the representative know which item was shipped incorrectly. You will receive instructions on how to return the incorrect item, and when you can expect to receive the one you ordered. |
How do I return an item?"I made a mistake and need to return an item". Please email customer service at sales@soakerhosedepot.com and let the representative know which items you wish to return. You will receive instructions on how to return the incorrect item. There is a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned items that are ordered in error. Once you have an RA (return authorization) number, place the item to be returned and your RA in the carton with the RA number written clearly on the outside of the box.. You may use the original shipping carton. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned item/s and new item/s to be shipped. This merchandise may be returned to us by regular parcel post, UPS, or FedEx. No returns will be accepted without RA number. |
Warranty?Soaker hose, poly tubing, drip fittings are warranted for 1 year via Soaker Hose Depot. sales@soakerhosedepot.com Controllers are warranted through the mfg. only. Orbit warranties their battery timers from 5-7 years. For Orbit warranty email www.orbitonline.com or call Orbit at 1.800.488.6156 for replacement. |
